I wrote the Expanse Of You on an Amplify In Nature Retreat held by the incredible Sam Lee & Chris Salisbury. One evening during a woodland walk, I leant against a tree and in the dark silence felt my body surrender into Nature’s holding. It was one of the most incredible moments; feeling the waves of tingles and love ripple through my body as I let go and relaxed into the darkness.

This song is my commitment to stand alongside artists that have gone before me and those I walk alongside now, uniting and inspiring us to protect, honour and safeguard the land that we call home, so that the generations of species to come can thrive. It is also a commitment to my own self-care, to listen to what truly resonates for me, and what doesn’t, and through that clarity take greater care of myself.
